Jamie's Back/Nikki Preston is too
Jamie is back from Montreal and Nikki agreed to come in again this morning.. and she started the morning by pissing off dog owners. Jamie started the show by pleading with Rochesterians to be on the lookout for a 5 pound Yorkie that belongs to a relative of his and escaped over the weekend after a dogsitter accidentally left a dog open. Jamie is sad.. and Pauly (who has become the biggest dog lover EVER since adopting Walter) is sad too.. but Nikki asks "why do people love dogs so much anyway? They're ugly, dirty, cost money, and take up too much time". Whoooaaaaaaaaaaaa.. reacts Pauly. Wease encourages Nikki to go with that take on dogs.. saying that there are plenty of people in the world who agree with that take. Wease's 23 year-old daughter just got a dog a few weeks ago and is now realizing that it isn't as easy as you might think as she has already had to visit the vet a few times. Bills Blackout Debate/More NFL Talk
So the Bills game wasn't on yesterday.. and that pissed a lot of people off. They ended up winning big over the Jaguars and are now "In The Hunt" for the playoffs (although none of us are pretending that they're actually going to make it). Wease says that this is a debate that will go on forever but the NFL is almost invincible. They play daddy to us.. they treat us like kids.. if we don't do what they say (buy tix).. then they hand out the punishment that we don't get to see the game. Wease puts forth that this rule should be ammended for cities the size of Buffalo.. who are required to sell out a game just like Boston or Chicago or New York City. Shouldn't we be required to sell less tix than those major market cities? We also talked about other NFL games like how much we liked seeing 3rd stringer Pittsburgh QB Charlie Batch get the W.. and how much we loved seeing the NY Jets 3rd stringer come in for Sanchez and lead them to a boring 7-6 win over the Cardinals. Nikki says that it's all Eva Longoria's fault.. ever since she broke up with Sanchez he has sucked. Eva.. by the way.. is on the cover of the newest issue of GQ Magazine:
NFL Suicide Debate
The big sports story over the weekend was the alleged murder-suicide committed by Kansas City Chief's linebacker Jovan Belcher (there was also a suicide at the Cleveland Browns practice facility of a groundskeeper). So here's the debate.. should the Chiefs have played that game yesterday? Tools thinks that postponing it for a day would have been a good idea because of the mindset of coach Romeo Crennel and GM Scott Pioli.. they couldn't have been in their right minds. Wease thinks that postponing it would have been the wrong thing to do.. the guy MURDERED someone. Doing ANYTHING to "honor" him would have been wrong. A Dolphin Attacks
Feeding the dolphins at Sea World was a dream come true for 8-year-old Jillian Thomas, until one of the marine mammals bit into her arm, nearly dragging her into the water. Jillian’s mother took video of her daughter, who says dolphins are her favorite animal, feeding them at the theme park’s Dolphin Cove. Jillian was in the middle of her second visit of the day to the friendly looking animals when she made a crucial mistake, lifting a small plate of dolphin food in the air out of excitement, something the park warns people not to do. The dolphin, eager for the food, chomped down on Jillian’s arm instead, nearly dragging her into the water. The 8-year-old walked away from the encounter with a set of teeth marks the size of dimes. Katt Williams Attacks
Security footage from a Sacramento Target store shows comedian Katt Williams slapping a male cashier across the face last Sunday. There's no word why he did it, because there's no sound on the video. But after he hit the guy, Katt wheeled away on a motorized scooter. Earlier in the day, Katt led police on a high-speed chase on a three-wheeled motorcycle. Cops didn't catch him, but they filed a charge of felony evasion against him. We speculated on what exactly is making Katt go crazy. This is his 2nd or 3rd "incident" recently and we fear drugs or just the stress of having been very famous for half a minute and then seeing it slowly go away. 55 Year-Old Woman Busted After Crime Spree
The Monroe County Sheriff's Office say they arrested Barbara Cotie Saturday night after she robbed Pizza Hut in Penfield and fled from the scene. Hours before, Webster police say they responded to an attempted armed robbery at Kittleberger Florist. The reports were that the burglar was an "older heavyset woman". Sure enough.. they ended up arresting this woman.. here's the mugshot.. but read on afterwards because there's more:
So a woman called in who claims to know Barbara. She said that they used to be friends but the friendship was broken off about a year ago after she attempted to intervene with a mistake that she made over and over. The woman on the phone claimed that Barbara went thru a bad break up a couple of years ago and then turned to internet dating. She got scammed not once but twice by woman (yes, she's allegedly a lesbian) who convinced her to send them money so they could travel to meet her here in Rochester. As soon as she sent the money.. she never heard from them again. The caller claims that a few of Barbara's friends tried to intervene but she didn't wanna hear it and she cut off communication with them.

The Wease Crew Goes To See Orlando Jones
Saturday night.. Pauly and his gf, Brooksie and his gf, Jackie Nutt and her bf, and Nikki Preston and a friend went to see Orlando Jones perform at The Comedy Club in Webster. Orlando was great.. but was definitely interested in hanging out with only one of us.. the one with the eligible vagina (Nikki is single). He even told Nikki to come to a different show than the rest of us because it "wouldn't be as much fun". Wease told the guys not to take that too personally.. he was just afraid that we would c-block. After the show.. he was busy taking pictures with fans when he caught up with Nikki and asked her to stick around to hang out. She didn't really want to.. but agreed to just to be nice. Orlando then assigned one of his guys to "watch" Nikki and her friend while they drank at the bar until Orlando was done with pictures. While the guy wasn't looking.. Nikki and her friend snuck out. Nikki thinks she needs to just be a bitch to everybody because she's sick of every guy she's nice to thinking it means she wants to bang them. Wease's Racist Weekend
Wease spent the weekend learning about black rights.. attending the movie Lincoln on Friday night.. and then returning to The Auditorium Theater to see Memphis on Sunday afternoon. Wease brought his son Sammy and a couple of Sammy's friends to Memphis and thought it was great that they could learn history thru art. He did have an ultimate geezers vs. douchbags moment though when he pointed up at the balcony to show Sammy and his friends that "that's where Lincoln was shot" and they thought he meant right there at that theater in that balcony. Billy and Susan went to the same show Wease did and gave it a great review as well.
Men Per Year/Cop Ron
According to a new survey, the average woman dated two different men every month this year, for a total of 24 men. 60% dated more than one guy at the same time, and just under half had a guy on the side who they could call and hook up with whenever. Nikki says that her personal number is just 12. That might sound like a lot but it's really only once per month. Speaking of Nikki's dating life.. she filled us in on what ever happened with Cop Ron. Last time Nikki was here.. back in September.. she told us about a cop who hit on her from his car thru an open window to her car thru an open window while stopped at an intersection in Las Vegas. Well, Nikki followed up with him, and he told her that before going out with her she needs to know that he is bisexual and loves guys who are well hung. She bailed.. freaked out by that.. but we think that she shoulda went for it because she coulda had a threesome. It shows how different men and women are.. she was freaked out and any of us (if it was a woman cop telling us she was bi) would have jumped at the opportunity to date her.
UPDATE: Later in the show.. we called and spoke with Cop Ron. Nikki told him that she'd be interested in a threesome and he got very excited.
Pauly's Almost Possibly Gay Sex Act
Speaking of threesomes.. Pauly admitted that he once ALMOST had a threesome situation once.. but not the good kind. Pauly says that it was more of a tag team type situation.. not a threesome.. he would have NEVER come into any contact with the other guy. Basically, he once had a crack at a girl who was into him and he couldn't invite her back to his place because he was still living at home and was afraid he'd get busted by his parents. So he asked a buddy if he could use his place.. the buddy said yes but wanted a shot to be tagged in. Pauly agreed but thankfully the girl wasn't down with the threesome and only wanted Pauly.
Cats & Dogs
We have two cat lovers (Billy & Nikki) and four dog lovers (Wease, Jamie, Pauly, and Brooksie) here and we got into a debate over which is the better animal. Billy says that dogs are pains in the asses that require constant attention while cats can just be on their own for days at a time and be just fine. Wease says that means that they aren't loving creatures the way dogs are. Nikki says that cats stay clean and dogs get filthy. That may be true. Another point for the cat lovers.. when you leave town you can leave them at home and the only thing that you really need to do is have someone come and take their litter box out and feed them sometimes.. dogs require an actual dogsitter. Us dog lovers say that all may be true but we'll still take dogs because they make best friends.. cats are just motherhuckers that live with you.
Rochester Dude Going On Letterman
Matt Smay is the drummer for a band called JD McPherson and they'll be playing on The Late Show With David Letterman tomorrow night. We talked to Matt this morning as he was driving down to New York City from his home in Webster where he still lives. He was totally aware of the woman who just got busted for knocking off the pizza joint and is glad she'll be off the streets by the time he gets back. We played a couple of their songs called "Fire Bug" and "North Side Gal" and Wease LOVED "North Side Gal".. saying that it sounded like it comes from a different and better generation. Officer Adrianson Calls In
Officer Carl Adrianson is a cop in Webster and he is the one who arrested Barbara Cotie (from earlier in today's rundown.. she is the one who allegedly knocked off the pizzerias). He called in to tell us the story of the arrest and he said that when he pulled her over he THOUGHT he had the right person because he had the information necessary to suspect her. He said that he was very suspicious that he had the right person because she had a wad of cash on the passenger seat and was wearing the same outfit as had been described from the crimes. The funny thing is.. when he first approached her.. she volunteered the information that she had just come from seeing the movie "Lincoln" at the movie theater. Once backup arrived.. the officers apprehended her and searched the car where they found the gun described in the crimes. Wease congratulated him on being the man to make the bust.
Plugs/Tomorrow's Show
John Ditullio will be at TC Hooligan's in Greece tonight for sports trivia starting at 9pm. On tomorrow's show.. we'll have all the usual stuff plus we'll welcome into the studio some of the actors from GEVA's "A Christmas Carol" and we'll do a brand new episode of "Redneck News".
