An egg sandwich for $120? It's no dream.. a restaurant in Sydney, Australia recently made the fantastical breakfast sandwich a reality as part of an Australian pork industry organization's "Bacon Week."
The sandwich, which was created by chef Carla Jones, features several ingredients that don't strike us as particularly decadent, like bacon, smoked tomatoes, English cheddar, a handmade brioche bun and even a pan-fried duck egg. Others do, like foie gras, caviar, creme fraiche and shaved truffles. A side of chips will be served with a shaved truffle aioli.
