ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (AP) - Buffalo Bills president Russ Brandon is expressing concern over whether his team loses a competitive edge by playing annual home games in Toronto.
During his weekly show on Buffalo's WGR-AM on Wednesday, Brandon said "nothing comes above winning,'' before adding the benefits of the "Bills In Toronto'' series will be "reviewed in a grand manner.''
Brandon stopped short of saying whether the Bills would consider canceling the series or can opt out of the four remaining years of their deal with Rogers Communications.
Brandon's comments came after Buffalo dropped to 1-5 in regular-season games at Toronto following a 34-31 overtime loss to Atlanta on Sunday. The warm-weather Falcons played inside the domed Rogers Centre and avoided the wintry conditions in Buffalo.
The Bills today announced that the team has released RB Tashard Choice. Through the first 12 games of the season, the 29 year old had been a third option behind top runners Fred Jackson and C.J. Spiller. He rushed 35 times for 126 yards, while adding four catches for 10 yards.
Choice first joined the Bills during the 2011 season under then-head coach Chan Gailey, who had coached Choice at Georgia Tech. The Bills re-signed Choice to a one-year deal in March.
The Tampa Bay Tribune's Ira Kaufman joined the John DiTullio Show Tuesday to preview this Sunday's Bills vs Bucs match up in Tampa.

Toronto mayor and self admitted crack smoker Rob Ford attended the Bills game Sunday at the Rogers Centre wearing a Fred Jackson jersey and sent Twitter into a frenzy.
Say what you will about Bills fans, they like to party pic.twitter.com/eqXBlxnIQz— Buddy Nixon (@BuddyNixon) December 1, 2013
Rob Ford is wearing a Fred Jackson jersey. Or as the mayor calls him, Fred Crackson. #tooeasy— Robert Harding (@robertharding) December 1, 2013
I'm told Toronto mayor Rob Ford is in the house. You'll know if you see an overweight fan running on field and getting chased by security.— Bucky Gleason (@TBNbucky) December 1, 2013
Canadian soldiers descend from the ceiling on ropes. Mild applause. They're probably here on a Rob Ford-related safety thing.— Bruce Arthur (@bruce_arthur) December 1, 2013
After the Falcons-Bills game concludes in Toronto, mayor Rob Ford will attempt to sniff the goal line.— Faux John Madden (@FauxJohnMadden) December 2, 2013
Not only did Ford steal the show by showing up to the game, he apparently stole someone's seat. Singer Matt Mays...
Rob Ford is sitting in my seat at the Bills game. He stole my seat. I don't know what to do.— Matt Mays (@MattMays) December 1, 2013
I'm by myself. I gotta kick him out right? I mean I would kick anyone else out... Am I wrong?— Matt Mays (@MattMays) December 1, 2013
The mayor stole my f@#%ing seat man!!— Matt Mays (@MattMays) December 1, 2013
Got my seat back.— Matt Mays (@MattMays) December 1, 2013

What should've been a home win for the Bills in week 13 of the NFL season, turned into a disaster of an away game. As usual, the Rogers Centre provided a dead atmosphere full of random NFL jerseys and lack of Buffalo spirit. Bills fans were quick to call out the lack of passion in the stands.
@Kimmyjohns the fact Toronto isn't working. Fox never showed the crowd during the whole show. Bills need to realize this needs to end.— sampson (@Thambone84) December 2, 2013
@Kimmyjohns no. someone needs to replace the Toronto fans with real buffalo fans. advantage bills.— Grantius Maximus (@gcore22) December 1, 2013
@Kimmyjohns Dire straits money for nothing comes to mind. Toronto $ = loss after loss. Stevie on his way out too. He's our Romo.— matt lafontaine (@mr_lafontaine) December 2, 2013
In most cases, it's easy to blame a close loss on rookie mistakes and plays. Sunday's game was not the case. Two huge drops by veterans Stevie Johnson and Scott Chandler took away what could have been game winning drives for their young QB EJ Manuel.
Despite the Bills Buffalo-ing all over themselves in the most Buffalo way possible, true fans still stay optimistic and looking towards the future...
