This Judy Attitudey is actually named Rachel Womer, and his this week's FILF (Felon I'd Like to F#$&)
Rachel is facing felony DWI charges after allegedly driving drunk with children in her car.
Perry Police say that around 10:30 pm Saturday someone called 911 believing that someone in the village was driving drunk.
Police arrived, located Rachel, and put her through a field sobriety test. She allegedly failed that and blew a .17% on the breathalyzer.
Rachel is reported to also have two kids under the age of 16 in her vehicle. One belonged to her, and one to her boyfriend.
Rachel is charged with:
- DWI
- Driving with BAC above .08%
- Two counts of aggravated DWI with a child in the vehicle (FELONY)
- Two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
