13 WHAM - "Rochester Police are investigating after a baby was found dead at a home on Locust Street Monday afternoon.
The property at 31 Locust Street has been taped off with crime scene tape.
"Monroe County CPS is also on scene. Police initially said the infant was one month old, but later clarified the baby was ten days old.
Officers responded to the home around 2:30 p.m. for the report of an unresponsive child.
The infant was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital by AMR ambulance and pronounced shortly thereafter.
The house is divided into at least two apartment units. Investigators are concentrating on the lower apartment in the house.
Police say they are talking to a couple of people, but no one is in custody."
