13 WHAM - "The woman accused of accosting Judge Leticia Astacio outside a bowling alley and bar earlier this month was in court Friday.
Monica Skinner was charged with harassment after she confronted Astacio on October 7 outside of Radio Social in Rochester. Skinner is accused of trying to goad Astacio into fighting her.
According to a statement Astacio, Skinner, "grabbed [her] arm," when Astacio told her to let go. After that, Astacio said she was, "two-hand pushed," in the chest by Skinner.
Skinner was arrested, pleaded not guilty and posted $100 bail.
A judge adjourned the case on Friday afternoon, saying charges against Skinner will be dismissed if she has no contact with Astacio for six months.
The judge also issued an order of protection for Astacio against Skinner.
Astacio is currently in the Livingston County Jail, pending her next hearing on November 3 for seven alleged probation violations.
Her attorney filed motions on Thursday to have the case against her dismissed."
