13 WHAM - "Judge Leticia Astacio has a bail hearing scheduled for Wednesday afternoon.
Astacio's attorney Gregory Salmon confirmed Tuesday that the hearing is scheduled for 2 p.m.
This comes one day after Astacio was arraigned on seven alleged violations of the conditions of her probation. On Monday afternoon, Judge Stephen Aronson denied a request from her attorney to dismiss the charges. He remanded Astacio to jail immediately without setting bail.
Astacio had originally been scheduled to return to court on November 3 at 1 p.m.
