Leslie Smith, 34, from Canandaigua woman is facing charges after she punched a 10 y/o girl in the face.
Smith got into a fight with a 17 y/o girl, that's when the 10 y/o girl tried to step in and stop the fight.
Smith then hit the girl in the face several times and kicked her out of the house with nowhere to go.
Smith now faces charges for endangering the welfare of a child.
